The Treasury Department (Treasury) has submitted a plan of action to implement the policies and directives of Executive Order 13175 (EO 13175) of November 6, 2000. EO 13175 requires agencies to have a process that ensures tribal consultation focuses on issues and regulatory or legislative activities that have tribal implications.
